Aims and Objectives
The aim of the Diversity Exchange is to support creative and innovative work to build better connections between communities within the Bradford District by:

Providing opportunities for people across the district to meet and connect with people from different communities

Building the capacity of local residents and workers to open up opportunities for honest debate of challenges and difficult issues facing the Bradford District. Providing positive information and training to groups and communities to help change negative perceptions which exist between communities.

Providing mechanisms for sharing good practice taking place locally and further a field. Creating innovative and effective means of storing and sharing knowledge, experience and learning.

Providing advice and guidance on new thinking and new initiatives, at strategic and delivery level.

Ensuring information relevant to social cohesion is disseminated. Providing mechanisms to ensure relevant research is made available and accessible. Ensuring that all opportunities to learn about impact of social cohesion is researched and shared.
